Our staff
The company Ullboxen Design AB, with brand name Gotlands Strumpfabrik, is owned by Urban and Ulrika. We are married to each other and to the business. We have six talented employees to support us. Everyone works year-round. We help each other out where needed, but we still have our respective main areas.
We work with a pleasure-driven leadership, i.e. if there is no particular urgency with something, everyone can choose to do what they are up for that day. There are usually several different tasks to choose from. It should be fun at work, positive energy and close to laughter. In order for us (Urban and Ulrika) to manage a workload of everyday work, the boring must be strictly limited.
